It rises over several floors around a patio. The rooms open onto the galleries; the apartment, downstairs, has its own entrance and bathroom.

The terrace
From the terrace you see the rooftops of the medina, the Hassan Tower and the sea. There is a sheltered sitting room, and a long table in the sun.
Breakfast is served up there from 8:30 to 11:30 am: msemen, pancakes, homemade cakes, eggs, orange juice and tea.
